VISION: RESTORATION VS. IMPARTATION
I was watching a great movie, 300, the other day, and Leonidas spoke a line that resounded in my spirit. He announced that Greeks were known for their logic and justice. As I continued to watched the movie, the Lord said, “I bet you think that the statue in Daniel just has to do with world governments?”
Well, that intrigued me. I couldn't get it out of my thoughts. It pervaded my dreams. I had to look into it.
I read the story in Daniel 2. Much to my surprise, I discovered there are 8 elements in the Statue of Babylon.
- Head of gold - Babylon
- Arms and chest of Silver – Medes & Persians
- Belly and thighs of bronze (brass; copper; tin) - Greece
- Legs of iron - Roman
- Feet of miry clay and iron – Roman Papal rule; 1st foot England ; 2nd foot America
- Stone carved without hands which crushed the statue to chaff – Spirit of Truth
- Wind blew the chaff away – Holy Spirit; Last age
- Stone becomes great mountain that filled the earth – New Jerusalem
THE FIRST KINGDOM
The first kingdom is Babylon. Babylon represents Mysticism and Astrology. It was founded by Nimrod, whose name means rebellion , and it ended with Belshazzar, whose name means Bel, protect the king. The name of the city Babylon means confusion , which comes from the root balal - to mix, to mingle, to confuse, to confound. But to the inhabitants, it had several names which meant gate of god and seat of life. t heir sages and magicians were the state advisors known for unjust laws based on a biased social class who enforced extreme harshness.
There were 11 dynasties of Babylon from its beginning until the night it fell. They were proud of their reputation as a great empire, however, God sees it differently. Eleven is the number of insufficiency. They were left wanting in God's eyes.
Gold was used to make the garments of the high priests. Gold was the crown of kings and the symbol of purity, nobility and great value. It stands for incorruptibility.
The streets in heaven are paved with pure gold and have the appearance of transparent glass. It stands to reason that the gold in the Garden of Eden was also as pure with the appearance of transparent glass. Our gold is not pure and therefore not as transparent glass. It is tainted yellow because of impurities. Today, the process of microelectronic manufacturing has made possible the purifying of gold to appear as glass.
However, in Babylon gold stood for sensuality and worldly luxury. It was horded as treasure and wealth. Kingdoms and governments built their nations upon its possession. It infects men with a fever and desperation. Men do not hesitate to kill for it.
Jesus is to be our head, His nature is as pure as transparent glass. We are to be His body, making our nature as pure as transparent glass. However, mankind has become confused. Instead of Jesus and His thinking, mankind has let the impurities of mysticism and the theories of men creep in. Greed and murder filled their thoughts and corrupted the purity. The head controls all bodily functions, thoughts, movement. It is what guides us through life, controlling our choices. We have two heads to choose from–the one of transparent gold or the one contaminated with the impurities of religion and beliefs not founded on the truth of God.
Interestingly enough, it is also the head that is the home of the tongue. The tongue which can either curse or bless, bring life or death. The tongue is the release valve for the thoughts.
This is the first step into deception and control. Our thoughts are replaced with those that are not from God.

THE SECOND KINGDOM
The second kingdom was Medes and Persians–the arms and chest of silver. This kingdom was known for their unchangeable law and viciousness.
There were 11 rulers from Darius to Artaxerxes V Bessus who was conquered by Alexander the Great. The Medes and Persians thought themselves the masters of the world, and indeed, they conquered every land they desired, but 11 stands for insufficiency and they too were found wanting.
Unlike gold, silver is found in veins (Job 28:1). Unlike gold, it is not found on the surface nor in river-beds, silver must be taken with hard labor from the depths of the mountain.
The trying of men's hearts was compared to the refining of silver (Psalm 66:10; Isaiah 48:10). Yahweh's words were as pure as silver refined seven times (Psalm 12:6). The gaining of understanding is better than the gaining of silver (Proverbs 3:14). But silver, when it becomes tarnished, or left unrefined and mixed with dross, denotes deterioration (Isaiah 1:22; Jeremiah 6:30).
We can use our arms to help someone in trouble or we can use them to take a life. We can open our arms to embrace or we can push away. The chest is the home of the heart which can either be for God or for another. It can be one of flesh or hardened to stone. It is the home of the lungs that can either accept the breath of God, keeping the body alive, or refuse, leading to a slow death. Out of the chest extends the arms and hands or the works of our hands. The hand bangs the gavel of justice and mercy.
Mysticism is taken over by the ever increasing demands of law and regulations. A religious spirit, planted and grounded in mysticism and confusion, will always enforce obedience to its ideology. It hardens the heart into choosing not to inhale the life-sustaining breath of God, but the breathe of death from another.
Silver, in antiquity, was made into rings. Silver seals were used to seal all written documents. Tribute to a king was always paid in silver rather than gold.
When our ideas no longer work, we force the issue, trying to make a wrong into a right and the works of our hands corrode and deteriorate.

THE THIRD KINGDOM
The third kingdom was belly and thighs of bronze. The belly and thighs hold the two essential keys to the appetites of man: food and sexual pleasure. Alexander the Great of the Greeks was the epitome of inflamed appetite for war, earning the well deserved title of the best military commander in history. Already having conquered the Persian Empire, he moved on to Punjab intending to continue west to conquer Europe. His ultimate desire was to conquer the lands to the end of the world...Asia… but death took him after 12 short years of conquest, most likely due to his excessive indulging. He had 2 male lovers and 3 wives. Alexander represented inflamed appetites.
Bronze is copper alloyed with tin. Copper is soft and flexible, but the tin makes it hard as steel.
Greece was never a unified state but consisted of city-states and confederate-states. Separate, they were flexible and weak, but together, mixed with the tin of Sparta, they were tough as steel. There were 17 kings between Alexander who conquered the Persians and Perseus who was overcome by the Romans. I was heading to the very simple and obvious single number 17 which stands for spiritual perfection but the Lord said, “No, separate the 4 generals who divided Alexander's kingdom between them.” Of course, this makes a huge difference; 17 broken down to 4 + 13 is, 4 means universal worship and 13 means rebellion.
The kingdom of bronze worshipped rebellion against God – their logic and humanity, controlled by their passions, was foolishness to God. Deuteronomy 28:23 and Leviticus 26:19 tells us that the heaven of brass (bronze) is the vault of heaven closed so tight no drop of rain can descend and consequently, the earth has become hard and unproductive.
The word for tin is bedil which comes from the root meaning to separate . The name itself indicates that the metal is not a pure one but consists of parts separated from other metals. Mankind's reason is impure and mixed with much error and partial truths gleaned from here and there. Mankind's appetites are mixed with so much error they are inflamed–war, conquest, theft, murder, etc. We have changed the passions God placed in us into driving forces that put steel into our resolve to satisfy our desires. Hunger has driven mankind to murder. Greed has driven mankind to conquest, war, holocaust, etc. Sex has driven man to assault, perversion, rape and murder. And brass in the Bible means judgment.
Organs essential to maintain life lie in this region–reproductive, digestive, cleansing.
We are what we eat. We are to eat the word of God, devour His truth, the Bread of Life. But instead, mankind only devours the banquet of misconceptions put before him. We are to be pregnant with the seed of God and produce fruit, a child, in His image, but instead we produce children in the image of the father of lies.
Bronze, properly translated brass, has the appearance of fire showing our inflamed passions. When our ideas are confused, our heart hardened and our lungs refuse the precious breath of our Lord, this leaves our appetites as our main focus and drive. When our tongue brings death not life, the works of our hands are not of God, we fall helpless to the driving force of temptation–our appetites.
The descent away from God is becoming complete. First we heed strange ideologies; second we harden our heart to the voice of correction and conscience; third we become consumed with the passions of our appetites.

THE FOURTH KINGDOM
The fourth kingdom is shown by legs of iron; Rome. Rome represents might and power. They were the power that enslaved the world for labor and entertainment. The conquered nations were slaves to the citizenry, but the citizenry were slaves to the Emperor even though they claimed to be free men. The entire world belonged to one man; they were victims of his whims and insanities.
Rome began as a republic, choosing a man for brief periods of time to lead their armies. Augustus Caesar changed the republic to an empire. When military Rome finally was overcome, they developed an even stronger grip reigning with an iron fist throughout Europe as a papal dominion.
The empire divided into 2 factions:
1. Western Empire

aaaaaa c. Capital: Rome
2. Eastern Empire
aaaaaa a. Greek
aaaaaa b. Byzantine Empire
aaaaaa c. Capital: Constantinople
There were 91 Emperors in Rome until their fall by the Vandals, Visigoths and Ostrogoths. I asked the Lord what I could do with that number since I found nothing listed. But then I was shown that 91 represents two numbers: 42 and 49.
42 = the amount given to humans:
42 months (1260 days) God allows beast to operate
42 children were killed for ridiculing the prophet (2 Kings 2:24)
42 cities were given to the Levites
Israel camped 42 times in the wilderness
Jesus was 42 generations from Abraham
49 = This is the amount given to God:
49 is the number of Jubilee (Leviticus 25:8)
490 years were given to the Jews (Daniel 9:24)
Christ told the disciples to forgive 7x70 times (Matthew 18:21-23)
Leah and her maid had 49 descendants in Israel
From Jesus to the second coming is 49 generations
To forge and harden iron it must be red-hot when it is plunged into cold water. Iron as well as lead was used on the yokes of animals (Jeremiah 28:14) . Threshing instruments were made of iron (Amos 1:3). Branding irons were made of iron (I Timothy 4:2). There were iron weapons, breastplates and armor (Numbers 35:16; Job 20:24; 2 Samuel 23:7; Revelation 9:9). Fetters were made of iron (Psalm 105:18). Chariots were made of iron (Joshua 17:16). Things designed to conquer, imprison and exploit others are made of iron.
The iron furnace is used metaphorically for affliction, chastisement (Deuteronomy 4:20; Ezekiel 22:18-22) and iron is also employed figuratively to represent barrenness (Deuteronomy 28:23). It is used to represent slavery (Deuteronomy 28:48), severity (Psalm 2:9), captivity (Psalm 107:10), obstinacy (Isaiah 48:4), moral deterioration (Jeremiah 6:28), political strength (Daniel 2:33), and destructive power (Daniel 7:7).
This is the fourth step in the plummet downward. Once we step aside from the truth and become confused by strange doctrine, our heart hardens and we become embroiled in our appetites which make us a prisoner of a hard task master–Lucifer.
The legs represent strength. Succumbing to the passions of our appetites makes our knees buckle and robs us of our strength. When our strength is gone (physical or spiritual) we essentially bow our knees to a new master and give in.

THE FIFTH KINGDOM
The fifth kingdom is the feet of clay and iron. This of course includes 10 toes and 2 feet. 10 represents perfection of God's divine order; 2 represents division and witness.
The iron and clay feet are the last ruling empires of men:
- The 2 feet separate into 2 powers
- The iron represents Roman rule
- The clay represents the Israelite camp lost to the world in various conquering power struggles
Jeremiah 18:6-10 tells us the clay is the house of Israel . God is speaking to the Jew of the second nation of the house of Israel represented in the feet in Nebuchadnezzar's dream image.
In Isaiah chapters 63 and 64, it tells us of these 2 separate peoples of the nation of Israel.
But now, O LORD, you are our Father; we are the clay , and You our potter; and all we are the work of Your hand. Do not be furious, O LORD, nor remember iniquity forever; indeed, please look – we all are Your people! Your holy cities are a wilderness, Zion is a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation. (Isaiah 64:8-10)
These verses in Isaiah speak of the last days of Israel. We see the same time period in Genesis when Jacob blesses his sons. In Genesis 48 and 49, and Deuteronomy 33 we see the blessings given by Jacob and Moses over the children of Israel.
In fact, these words spoken by Jacob so long ago have been brought to fruition by God's amazing mind-boggling exactness. So we, the progeny of our ancestors, can marvel at our Gods truth! The princes of the blessings of the 10 tribes of the house of Israel were gradually pushed into the British Isles over the years to accomplish a marvellous work performed by God from Jacob's words to them.
The recent discovery of the Jehu Stele ( Black Obelisk ) by Sir Austin Henry Layard suggests that the Assyrians referred to the House of Israel as the son of Khumri (Omri). Following this reference through the translation of 1,471 Assyrian Tablets, shows that Khumri was the pre-captivity name of the Israelites. The Tablets show the name Khumri changed to Gamir and was translated as Cimmerian by Professor Leroy Waterman in Royal Correspondence of the Assyrian Empire , published by the University of Michigan, 1930.
After a brief history of conquest, the Cimmerians migrated to the exact regions where Paul was told to preach Christ to the Gentiles, kings and children of Israel (Acts 9:15).
Another branch of these Israelites can be traced to the Scythians are the Izuka , which is a corruption of the name Isaac used to represent the House of Israel (Amos 7:6).
By these two groups, one called Cimmerians , which migrated west to Asia Minor and Western Europe from Assyria first, and the second group of Scythians who later migrated west to take over many of the Cimmerians' lands, the ancestry of the peoples of Europe and Asia Minor can be traced to modern times. These would later form the Celts ( Cimmerians ), the Gauls , Normans , Norsk , Goths , and Germani peoples. A migration to ancient Britain by the Angles and Saxons would also form the several Welsh , English , Scots , and Irish peoples. These various peoples of seemingly different ancestry have mingled to make up the founding ancestral nations of today's Europe. And those peoples who formed Europe all have one major trait in common. Though they had different names, and languages, they made up the Caucasian race which settled in Europe. All the various peoples that invaded Britain were of one common stock, either descendents of the Cimmerians or of the Scythians .

All these 10 princes and their houses in the British Isles are under the protection of Joseph's strength of his blessing from Israel and God.
There are 14 tribes when Ephraim and Manasseh are included in the nation of Israel. However, they were separated as the tribes of Judah (Benjamin, Judah and Levi) returned to Israel while the others did not. The Cimmerians and Scythians migrated north and became the ruling powers of the 2 feet of the image.
Prior to the fulfillment of prophesy, the British Isles was divided into part iron (Rome) and part clay (Israel) blending into 10 toes under Roman power.
The Norman Invasion into the British Isles would eventually break Rome's iron stranglehold on the people of Britain. The 2 powers of the feet separated during the 17th and 18th centuries and stood firmly on each foot.
As we can see in the chart below, the Brittanic Isles, Saxon Kingdom and the time before the Danes invasion, Britain remained 10 kingdoms regardless of their names and borders.

When Jacob blessed the two sons of Joseph, he crossed his hands and blessed the younger that he would be greater than the elder. United States of America was the fulfillment of that prophesy. The USA has had 43 presidents: 42 is the number given to humans; the 43 rd president was the beginning of a Christian president in the White House. How many more presidents will there be? 7? Depending on the number of terms each one is allotted, could we see the fruition of sons of God in the earth in 28-56 years. Is it 49 more presidents? That is the amount given to God – this brings us to 196-392 years before the fruition of the sons of God in the earth. Whatever it is, rest assured, God is in control as He has always been.
But his father refused and said, "I know, my son, I know. He also shall become a people, and he also shall be great; but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his descendants shall become a multitude of nations.” (Genesis 48:19 NKJV)
The United States of America, the younger son, was eventually formed and moulded into 1 nation of 50+ states, (and a Federal Capital district) and became a world power to be reckoned with, fulfilling Manasseh's blessing of the clay . ( Genesis 48:19 ).
The United Kingdom, the elder son, also became the British Empire, a world power which incorporated approximately 47 dominions, with 13 states under the protection of the throne, and 9 Mandated Territories, including Palestine.
Both the British and American Empires have left their footprints on the face of the earth. It was said that “the sun never set on the British Empire.” The American Empire satisfies the term of empire because it possesses sovereignty over territories which it has not annexed into states, such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, through several occupations past and present. Both nations have a violent history of war and putting things under their feet. They have placed their feet firmly on the world and have stood their ground. They are the last empires to stand in the world.
The walk of the feet is important. If the head is sound, the feet will instinctively travel the right path. But with the head of strange ideology, a heart that is hardened, burning appetites, and weakened knees, our feet stumble onto the wrong path and lead us further astray. The feet have the power to tread on either enemies…or allies. It depends who is at our head.
Once again, “How do we get back…back to the ancient path of God?”

THE SIXTH ELEMENT
The sixth element of the statue is the rock carved without hands. Without question this rock represents Jesus as shown through various scriptures in the Bible. I had never really looked at this passage before, but simply accepted what others had taught me. But as the Lord took me through the anatomy of this dream, He asked me, “What is the difference between Restoration and Impartation?”
How that applies to this statue I had no idea, but, obediently, I pursued to discover the difference.
The word impart is first used by Paul in Romans 1:11. The word impart is from the Greek word metadidomi which means to give over, share . Paul wanted to give the Romans spiritual gifts to establish them in the faith.
Ephesians 4:29 says that our good words necessary for edification imparts grace to the hearers.
1 Thessalonians 2:8 says that he imparted the Gospel to them, as well as their own lives.
Impartation is used in giving a gift to help establish someone.
But there is only one instance of the word restoration used in the entire Bible. It is found in Acts 3:21.
Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. (Acts 3:19-21 NKJ)
The word comes from the Greek word apokatastasis which means reconstitution , used in the perfect state before the fall. It comes from the root word apokathistemi which means to restore to its former state.
We have been imparted that precious gift of life, the Gospel of Jesus Christ who died for our sins so that we could be restored to our former state. But how does He do this?
Some have mistaken the above passage to mean that everyone in the history of earth will be restored to God–all will be saved regardless of their choice in the matter. But what it really means is that everything God has created you and I to be will be restored–ALL THINGS of our former state.
Whether you believe that we were with God before we were born (Jeremiah 1:5) and He knew us before we were formed, or whether you believe that it is our inheritance as sons and daughters of Adam and Eve, we will be given the restoration of all things .
Lord, bring it on!
He does this by crushing every kingdom we have allowed to work in our lives:
- The golden head of confusion, tainted in color by the impurities of lies, accusations and misconceptions.
- The hardened heart that has slowly turned to stone, the lungs that no longer breathe in the precious breath of life from our Lord Jesus and the dead works of our hands.
- The burning appetites that make us fat on worldly pleasures.
- The iron hold of slavery that has made us weak at the knees so that we bow down to another god instead of the Holy One that paid the price for our sins and rebellion.
- The path our feet have chosen to march, still built on the ownership strength of slavery, tread down everything in their path.
The stone struck the feet first, the last kingdoms, and broke them to pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were crushed together until they were like chaff on the threshing floors. The first step to restoration is crushing every lie, every misconception and every accusation contrary to the King of Heaven and against His people. It requires more than to be just broken down, it needs to be crushed into fine chaff to be blown away as dust. This can only be achieved by the Rock of Jesus, not by the words, thoughts or ideas of any man…or woman.
Each one of us is responsible for the relationship with Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit.
But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. (Galatians 1:8 NKJV)
You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. (Daniel 2:34-35 NKJV)

THE SEVENTH ELEMENT
The next step is to allow the Holy Spirit to carry that chaff away so that no trace of them would be found again . They shall never be picked up again…not one lie. In order for the wind to carry off every trace of them, it will have to blow on the entire area, sweeping clean every crevice, nook and cranny. Every word, thought and deed must be gauged against the Rock and it will either stand or it will be crushed.
The Holy Spirit must fill us completely. And then, the Stone that struck the image will become a mountain and fill us…and the whole earth.
It is the Last Age, the very age we have been saved for! It is the age of restoration .
The meaning of restoration is to be reconstituted : to bring a liquid in concentrated or powder form into normal strength by adding water (American Heritage Dictionary). We have become dried out and in desperate need of the living water; that water of life that flows from the Throne of God to bring us back to normal strength.

THE EIGHTH ELEMENT
In a simple chart of the “number 8” appearances in the Bible we see a complete picture of these 3 steps:
1. The Rock cut out without hands is Jesus (the sixth element in the dream).

2. The Holy Spirit removes the chaff/dust (the seventh element in the dream).

aaaaaa c. Church: Loadicea–be hot or cold
aaaaaa d. 3 Angel's Message: Do not receive the mark of the beast
aaaaaa e. Seal: Silence
3. The Stone fills the whole earth (the eighth element in the dream).
aaaaaa a. Creation: New Beginning
aaaaaa b. Sanctuary: New Jerusalem
aaaaaa c. Church: Priests in heaven
aaaaaa d. 3 Angels' Message: 144,000
aaaaaa e. Seal: Second Coming
Father, God, precious Creator of all that is and ever will be. Lord, You have made me and You have made me perfect. You have made me perfect by Your creation, by Your redemption, and by Your restoration. Father, I lay before You this image I have set up in my own life. Father, this image that I am not who You created me to be. I have believed the lie, hardened my heart, given in to my appetites, bowed my knee to another god and walked a path that was contrary to Your way. Father, I have doubted that what You gave my ancestors, Adam and Eve, You have not given to me. But Lord, I stand here now, before heaven and earth and declare: Lord Jesus, crush every misconception and lie; Holy Spirit blow the dust away so that it will never be found again; Lord Jesus, become a mountain within me and fill my land. Lord God Almighty, upon Your truth I stand, and if You say You will reconstitute me to my former state…that former, perfect state of the Garden of Eden, then Lord, I agree with You – Do as You say and fulfill Your word in my life.
Father, I am not interested in a world or life created by another for me. I decree that I seek the life You created for me, not later on…not someday when or if I get to heaven, but here, now, on this earth so that I can walk into incorruptibility and immortality. Lord, reconstitute my spirit. Make it alive. Revive and restore every sense and every cell so that I can, like Adam and Eve, walk as a citizen of both realms – spiritual and natural. Restore according to Your word, Your desire, Your life and Your ability, for the God Who created all things can surely reconstitute that which has dried up from lack of the water of life. Pour the water into our mouths. Cover our heads with Your precious water. Wash us in and out. Fill our bellies. Fill our lungs. Fill our hearts. Fill us so that every dry place within our souls breaks forth with restored life. Restore ALL to us that we have lost through our generations. RESTORATION Lord. RESTORATION of inheritance. RESTORATION of destiny. RESTORATION of relationship. RESTORATION of life.
